  6. The Writer's Toolkit is user-supported.  It is ok to copy it; post it on
  7. computer bulletin boards, and give it away to friends.  You are encouraged 
  8. to make copies of this program for others on a private, non-commercial 
  9. basis.  If you do make copies of the program, we ask that you distribute 
  10. unmodified copies of the disk with others.  We also ask that you distribute 
  11. an unmodified copy of the documentation.

  55. By accepting and using this software, you acknowledge that this software may
  56. not suit your particular requirements or be completely trouble-free.  The 
  57. software will perform as described when the instructions are followed and with
  58. proper application.  The authors, however, are not responsible for your 
  59. specific application or any problems resulting from use of this software.

  62. replacement of the software or a refund of your contribution (if you have
  63. registered).  We have no liability to you or any other person or entity for 
  64. any damage or loss, including special, incidental, or consequential damages,
